I was selected by the newly formed Microsoft Phone Link team (known as Your Phone at the time) to lead the calling development effort in the new Windows app. This work was building on the Windows OS work I had led to enable calling functionality via Bluetooth (HFP) on desktop. I partnered with PM/Design to build a calling experience from scratch in the Phone Link app. This included an onboarding experience for a user to Bluetooth pair their Windows PC with their mobile phone and once onboarded, dial phone calls, answer phone calls, and interact with phone calls. Additionally, we added support for contact syncing and call history in Phone Link.
